Dear Stylemma, I am christening my second baby in five weeks’ time and need some guidance.

I am breast-feeding and need something which allows me to feed my baby and is comfortable, stylish and budget-friendly. I am 5ft 5in and about a size 12. I don’t have a lot of free time on my hands to shop around, so your help would be greatly appreciated.

Fortunately, there are plenty of chic and comfortable nursing clothes for your baby’s big day: www.hautemama.ie has a beautiful blush Harlow nursing dress, €81, with delicate black lace sleeves, the openings at the side of the bust allow easy access to the nursing under-layer, so you can feed discreetly and look fantastic. If you fancy something brighter, www.beautifulbumps.ie has a Cookie nursing dress, €99, with a colourful floral pattern. It’s a wrapover breast-feeding dress with a tie band that can be adjusted. Irish website www.onceborn.com has a stunning En Vogue Goddess dress, €75, in sea green — this sleeveless dress has inner nursing access and the draped layers mean it flatters most shapes. We’d also recommend checking out www.nelomaternity.com, which has a great range of nursing tops. Send your style dilemmas to stylemma@independent.ie
