Ruth Negga takes the plunge in a daring dress at 'Stranger Things' Louis Vuitton Paris fashion show
Nicolas Ghesquière's Louis Vuitton shows always attract an enviable crowd of A-listers
His usual starry ensemble joined the fashion designer in the basement of the Lourve as he previewed the Louis Vuitton womenswear Spring Summer 2018 collection.
After attending the opening of the Louis Vuitton Boutique on Monday night, Irish actress Ruth Negga (35) was front row for the Paris Fashion Week show.
The Oscar nominee sat alongside Louis Vuitton ambassadors Alicia Vikander, Julianne Moore, Michelle Williams and Cate Blanchett; wearing a sheer, plunging, black and gold cut-out dress over black trousers and biker boots.
Other A-list attendees included,French actress Lea Seydoux, Jaden Smith (who performed at the show with dad Will), Jennifer Connelly, Riley Keough and Catherine Deneuve.
As for the collection, Ghesquière continued to parade his sci-fi obsession by sending a model down the runway in a Stranger Things graphic t-shirt.
You might recall that during his time at Balenciaga the sci-fi nerd created Star Wars-inspired jumpers, sweeping Stormtrooper-style headgear and high-shine gold leggings in an apparent homage to C-3PO.
The designer's love for Netflix's Stranger Things was highlighted last year when he invited the cast to the Louis Vuitton headquarters.
But his spring 2018 show featured just one apparent nod to his Stranger Things obsession.
Established names such as Hilary Rhoda and Liya Kebede were among the models who walked the runway on Tuesday, bringing Paris Fashion Week to a close.
The show features plenty of bicycle shorts, leather trousers, bold knits and every model walked the runway in a pair of trainers.
