Show your true colours
Go bold or go home with this season's block shades
This spring it's all about colour-blocking. On the catwalk, Celine and Emilio Pucci paired super-saturated hues to make seriously sharp looks, while Balenciaga's SS17 collection is packed with vibrant primary colours in striking combinations.
Even Victoria Beckham has ditched her favoured muted palette for an array of Crayola shades. It's a daring look, but nobody said you would get ahead in the style stakes by playing it safe.
Avoid going glaringly OTT by choosing complementary tones located across from each other on the colour wheel - mint green and magenta, ochre and aquamarine, or lemon and lilac.
The high street has an abundance of excellently designed (and priced) separates to create your seasonal colour blocked outfits, so there's nothing stopping you from brightening up every room you walk in to over the warmer months.
