Model Tali Lennox is up for a historic double at the Scotish Fashion Awards 2012.

Tali Lennox, daughter of singing success Annie, has been nominated for two Scottish Fashion Awards.

The first nominee to be in two categories in the Award's history, Lennox is in the running for both Model of the Year and Scottish Fashion Icon after a successful year of style both on and off the catwalk.

Though she stands a good chance of winning the Best Model category, she faces some stiff competition from the other 11 candidates for the Fashion Icon award, with Tilda Swinton, Emeli Sandé and Doctor Who's Karen Gillan also in the running, as well as actor Gerard Butler and music producer Calvin Harris.

The award is the only to be decided by the Scottish public, whilst the rest are put down to the careful consideration of an esteemed panel of 17 judges which include fashion journalist Sarah Mower CBE, photographer Rankin and chief executive of the British Fashion Council Caroline Rush.

The top award, for Scottish Designer of the Year, will be revealed on June 11 by host Alexa Chung. London Fashion Week stalwarts Christopher Kane, Holly Fulton, Louise Gray and last year's winner Jonathan Saunders are all in the running.
