Red Carpet Wrap: Hit and Miss
It really is Yasmin Le Bon standing on the right. Seriously, we're not joking.
This is what happens when a supermodel hangs up her stilettos. Scary, isn't it?
A losing combination of baaad hair and an unflattering silhouette add up to a look that's leaving us stunned – but not in a good way! It's possible that Yasmin is trying desperately not to overshadow her daughter Amber, who has followed her into the family business.
But really she shouldn't have worried. Amber is very obviously determined to make sure the cameras don't miss her.
Here she is, a highly paid model herself, posing proudly beside her mother in the kind of tacky mess, OTT eye make-up and dark roots that a soap star would balk at.
We're sure that Mr Le Bon, aka the sartorially smart Simon, is oh-so-proud of his girls right now. We just loved the picture of Keira Knightly skipping down the steps of the town hall in Mazan just after she got married. She looked so happy and her cream cocktail dress was just gorgeous. So light, so gauzy, so perfect for the south of France.
We certainly didn't envisage it working in the depths of winter.
But in a shock move, Keira, who clearly LOVED the Rodarte design (and we understand that) couldn't resist the urge to wear her wedding dress again.
Her recycling fervour is certainly at one with the zeitgeist. And she brought the look bang up to date by adding a long-sleeved beaded net top. Very classy. But we have to admit that we're not entirely sure about the metallic gold sandals.
Yes, they're certainly pretty, but we think that they'd look so much more appropriate on the sun-dappled streets of Nice in late summer rather than the cold red carpet of London in winter.
Still, the actress hasn't always shone on the red carpet, but she's more than made up for past disappointments this time.
