Red Carpet Wrap: Best and worst dressed
Best dressed: Rose Byrne
In Bridesmaids, she never had a hair out of place as the irritatingly poised Helen. But we're even more impressed by Rose Byrne's off-set style.
The Australian actress says that she lives in fear in looking too dressed up, old and severe on the red carpet.
We're not ones to judge (okay, that's not true at all, but we're being nice right now, so it doesn't count!). But we reckon that Rose Byrne doesn't have to worry if this outfit is anything to go by.
A surprising demure choice, she looks quite fabulous in this long-sleeved, high-necked Valentino dress. A tousled up-do, along with retro red lips and matching nails adds just enough glamour to her look.
Simple but oh-so-effective
Worst dressed: Kylie
Oh, Kylie, we feel for you. We really do.
We've all been there. Those days when you would do anything to spend some time mooching around the house, no make-up on, wearing your favourite comfy trackie bottoms.
We can't blame you for wanting a night off occasionally. After all, it must be a bit wearying always trying to dress up like a pop princess now that you're in your 40s.
But not on a night like this.
Not when you're turning up on the red carpet promoting your new movie (Yes, really, we thought her acting muscles were stretched enough in the role of eternal pop tart!).
We can see the headlines already -- Kylie in frocky horror show.
It's a shame, but what can you expect when you camouflaged yourself in a shapeless biker vest teamed with a too-long maxi skirt, barely there make-up and scraped-back hair?
Your new movie may be called Holy Motors, but you have made a holy show of yourself.
Nice shoes though.
