Who is a style queen and who should be taken away by the fashion police this week?

Best dressed: Uma Thurman

It may have been a night all about the kids, but there's certainly nothing childish about Uma's sexy fashion offering, worn this week at UNICEF's annual Snowflake Ball in New York City.

The 41-year-old actress poured her curvalicious figure into this Atelier Versace gown for the charity event, killing off any competition from the other fashionistas in attendance.

While we understand helping the world's children is of course a worthy cause, doing it in a head-turning dress like Uma's makes it even more worthwhile in our book!

With her pouting lips, glowing skin and statuesque frame, the Kill Bill star hardly needs a 'boost' when it comes to looking good, but this magic dress does just that, raising the star's bust to enviable heights.

Proud-chested like a peacock, Uma manages to carry off a boob-enhancing look while still looking demure, thanks to the dress's silk and sheer chiffon draped across her décolletage.

Teamed with a pair of understated gold strappy sandals, the star was truly the belle of the black-tie ball.

Green goddess, we are in awe.

Worst dressed: Stella McCartney

Now, this might seem a bit rich, slagging off the woman who has dressed most of Hollywood's elite, but this is one outfit we just had to jump on .

Pictured at this week's British Fashion Awards, the top designer sported one of her own jumpsuits from next year's Spring/Summer collection.

For a designer like Stella, can you imagine the choice of divine ensembles that must be cluttering her wardrobe? And this is what she pulls out!? We just refuse to believe she had nothing else to wear!

And what's even more ironic, the fashion star was there to pick up an award for Red Carpet Dresser of the year!

Now Stella has certainly earned this accolade, as this year saw all the big name stars go dotty for her polka dot designs, worn by everyone from Kate Winslet to Liv Tyler and Jane Fonda.

Not even her trademark poker-straight shiny locks can distract from the unflattering look.

But maybe we're not being fair. It seems Stella is so dedicated to her fashion fans that she has little time to put any serious thought into her own style. And as a mother of four, and daughter of a Beatle, we can only imagine how busy she must be.

Still, next time Stella, when it comes to slouchy, loose-fitting all-in-ones, maybe you should just let it be.
