Red Carpet Wrap: Best and worst dressed
Who is a style queen and who should be taken away by the fashion police this week?
Worst dressed: Holly Valance
Now we know tassels belong on a valance, but we were thinking more of the kind that hang above curtains or around a bed -- not on Holly Valance.
At the McLaren Automotive Showroom opening in London this week, the ex-Neighbours actress chose to strut her stuff in a Pucci dress over-embellished with gold ribbons, tassels and mirrors, of all things.
And with billionaire boyfriend Nick Candy by her side, the Aussie babe has access to fashion that the rest of us can only dream of. Just think of the unlimited access to everything stylish! Oh Holly, how could you waste such an opportunity!?
The Aussie beauty has certainly got the legs for a mini, and her blonde locks are stunning left loose, while her Alexander McQueen clutch is perfect for the red carpet.
But for all that, it's the powder-pink dangling tassels that catch your eye.
It may be Pucci, but this is one mini-dress that's best left on the hanger.
Best dressed: Cameron Diaz
And now, a masterclass in how to wear a mini . . .
With 10 years on Holly, Cameron at 38 years of age not only holds her own on the red carpet, she downright dominates the glitzy scene, letting her legs do all the work in a thigh-skimming Chanel mini-dress.
With a figure any twentysomething would die for, the hard-working actress has been strutting her stuff at premieres for Bad Teacher all week. And the leggy one has been bang on-trend at each event.
At the New York premiere, Cam's fashion confidence shines through her simple monochrome look with Casadei pumps.
With not a tassel, string or mirror in sight, the Hollywood star just oozes sexiness.
She may be a bad teacher, but she's an absolute master when it comes to looking good.
Miss Diaz, you certainly get our apple.
