Who is a style queen and who should be taken away by the fashion police this week?

Best dressed: Milla Jovovich

Once a mannequin, always a mannequin. Just ask Milla Jovovich.

The former clotheshorse may have made the oh-so-original career change to become an actress, but she'll never completely leave her modeling days behind.

Check out that pose. It's almost enough to make us overlook that superfluous piece of material hanging from her arm.

Almost, but not quite. Still, the rest of that Emilio Pucci dress (not that there's much) is pretty fabulous, not to mention bang on trend, thanks to its one-shoulder lace mix.

Milla is renowned for her fierce approach to fashion, so this pretty little number is a departure from the norm, but it certainly showcases her enviable figure and seemingly endless legs (yes, you're right, she IS a freak of nature).

Now, if only she'd been brave enough to let loose with a good pair of scissors ... What a shame.

Worst dressed: Juliette Lewis

Pity poor Juliette Lewis. She's acted with Robert de Niro, Leonardo di Caprio and Johnny Depp, fronted a band or two and even become a Scientologist.

But try as we might, when we first saw this picture, all we could think was that she's come a long way since she used to date Brad Pitt.

After that, she's tried her best to become Hollywood's kookiest starlet, adapting her wardrobe as necessary.

Well, a girl has to have an image, y'know.

Still, we're sad to say, she's not really a style icon. Take this ensemble: a strapless pink cocktail dress, which doesn't exactly suit her colouring or her figure, teamed with deliberately clashing Jimmy Choo sandals.

Our verdict: The shoes deserve better, Juliette. Better luck next time.
