Red Carpet Wrap: Best and worst dressed
Who is a style queen and who should be taken away by the fashion police this week?
Best dressed: Angelina Jolie
Say what you like about Angelina Jolie -- the actress/earth-mother/saviour of the known universe knows how to wow on the red carpet.
She looks absolutely amazing in this full-length and fabulous dress, which accomplishes the remarkable feat of managing to give the illusion that the super-slim Angie actually has curves . . . It's by Versace, natch. And while she normally accessorises by wrapping the delectable Brad around her or parading some of her many, many children, this time she's eschewed any props.
The dress does demand a less-is-more approach, and Angie is happy to comply, making sure that it's all about her. Not that we're envious, not really . . .
Anyway, Jess, take note, this is how grown-ups wear red.
Worst dressed: Jessica Biel
You can kind of understand just what Jessica was thinking. After all, it's been a trying few months for Justin Timberlake's girlfriend. Who could forget all the talk about her man getting a little bit too cosy with his ex Cameron Diaz on the set of their latest movie?
As the rumour mill cranked up, Jess 'n' Justin appeared to be a dead cert for splitsville, but then in a surprise move, they seemed to find a detour to happily ever after.
For a while all was quiet as Biel hung out with the A-Team boys and Diaz started dating Kate Hudson's former squeeze Alex Rodriguez.
But now Jess and Cameron are playing the promotion game.
Jess clearly wanted to pull out all the stops so she chose a Giambattista Valli dress and matching strappy sandals for the UK premiere of the A-Team.
She might have been the only girl in a cast of hot, hot men (we have to admit to the tiniest of crushes on Bradley Cooper, especially when we heard that as soon as filming ended, he swapped his super-healthy regime for pizza ... ), but Jess was determined to make sure all eyes were on her.
She certainly succeeded, but that's always going to happen if you flash your knickers for the world.
Oh, and Jess, it's always worth investing in a good bra.
