TODAY Dublin – tomorrow the world. The newly crowned Miss Ireland is heading off to Sanya in China tomorrow to represent Ireland in the Miss World finals.

Emma Waldron from Kildare was in Stephen’s Green Shopping Centre yesterday to promote Dublin Festival of Fashion which takes place next weekend.

The 22-year-old’s outfit yesterday ran to a very affordable €46 from Dunnes Stores, including a black body con dress with a lace inset and cream lining (€30) and nude satin peep-toe heels (€16).

Stephen’s Green Shopping Centre is one of the participants in the fashion show and it will be offering attendees the opportunity to walk down the red carpet at the entrance to the centre.

A number of retailers in the centre are also running special offers and discounts throughout the weekend from October 1-3.
