Model Roz Purcell to expand her fashion collection
Sketching and sewing seems to suit model Roz Purcell, as her clothing range looks set to expand.
The former Miss Universe Ireland's suit collection, Scribe by Roz, hit the racks in House of Fraser earlier this month and now the line is branching out from selling two-piece ensembles.
Scribe London chief Pat Morley believes Roz is much more than a one-trick pony and told the Herald a collection of coats will be unveiled later this year.
"We're hoping to launch them some time around September or October," Pat told the Herald.
"Scribe by Roz is not just stopping at a couple of suits. There's more coming and we're all the time developing.
"Roz was even speaking about a spring/summer product recently, though we're not necessarily there yet."
Morley, who is a former professional footballer who played with teams including Cork City and Shelbourne, also explained that both he and fitness fanatic Roz (23) will be bringing their sporting backgrounds to the line.
"We're in talks with a company to develop a T-shirt. It will be made from a sports material, but it won't look that way, although it will fit tight to the body," he said.
