Kildare woman nabs €10k Best Dressed Lady prize at the Dublin Horse Show
Introducing this year's Best Dressed Lady winner.
Laura Jayne Halton, from Kildare, wowed the judges with her unique ensemble during Ladies Day at the Dublin Horse Show.
With hundreds of fashionable entries, some weird and wonderful, Laura Jayne stuck out from the crowd in her monochrome outfit, her dress and hat designed by herself.
The Maynooth woman picked up her shoes from Kurt Geiger and chose frugally for her matching bag, which was purchased in TKMaxx.
Judges Pippa O'Connor, model turned fashion blogger and Bairbre Power, Irish Independent Fashion Editor, had their work cut out for them, wading through the stylish entrants vying for the €10,000 prize and joining the prestigious list of Best Dressed Lady winners this year.
Speaking of the winner, Pippa O’Connor said, “There was a fantastic atmosphere at this year’s Dundrum Town Centre Ladies Day with everyone enjoying the style on the day. We had a difficult task to choose just one overall winner.”
This year's competition is sponsored by Dundrum Town Centre, and the lucky winner has scooped a €10,000 voucher for Ireland's largest shopping centre.
Today's style stakes don't end there though with a Most Stylish Lady competition being hosted at The Shelbourne Hotel's No 27 Bar this evening from 6:30pm.
