Model twins Cadhla and Sadbh O'Reilly delivered double the impact when they walked the Arnotts Autumn Winter '19 catwalk show yesterday.

The emerging model talents, who were only discovered by chance on Instagram last Christmas, did three runway shows in the Henry Street department store yesterday.

The spotlight was put on trends like Luxe Minimalism and exciting Scandi brands like Fabienne Chapot, Essentiel Antwerp and Samsøe & Samsøe.

The 18-year-old twins, from Co Kildare, have just started courses in Maynooth University where Cadhla is studying business and law while Sadbh, the older twin by eight minutes, is studying geography, economics and politics.

Between shows yesterday, Cadhla told how they came to be signed up by NotAnotherTheAgency.

"A friend had just been signed by the agency and she posted a picture of us and they asked if we were interested in joining too," she said.

The girls' older sister, Caoilain, is already in the business. She models for Morgan and, as Sadbh explained yesterday, "is off to Milan on Saturday".

The sisters are one-quarter Nigerian. Their Irish names were chosen by their mother and the girls have Nigerian middle names.

During the summer, the twins travelled to London where there was interest in signing them up but for the moment, the teenagers' plan is to knuckle down on their studies and to 'grow their book' with model assignments and editorials.

Among the themed looks Cadhla and Sadbh modelled yesterday (pictured right) were patterned 'Puffer' jackets from Benetton.

However, it was the sisters' final looks - red and black dresses from American designer, Michael Kors (pictured on page one) which really captured the audience's attention throughout the day.

Stylist Aisling Farinella added extra intrigue to the mini dress (€235) and floral ruffle midi style (€250) by layering them with a mix of 'tough love'. She introduced pretty embellished hairbands by Alice & Blair (€89) and (€72) and leather bags with metal chains by Vivienne Westwood (€360 and €250).

Her final touch were the Marco Moreo leather boots. Cadhla wore black boots with beaded embellishment on the ankles (€240) and biker-style aux leather leggings (€179) from Spanx. Sadbh's leather and neoprene boots came with a satin ribbon (€199).
