Ali Hewson joined by daughters Jordan and Eve at Edun's New York show
Designer Ali Hewson made the most of her A-list connections at her Edun presentation earlier.
The 53-year-old wife of U2 frontman Bono watched on proudly as her clothes took to the catwalk, flanked by presenter Alexa Chung and model Helena Christensen.
Author, model and fashion force Alexa showed off her signature understated style in denim jeans, a white shirt and long grey crombie coat. Danish model Helena also opted for a pared back look, in a black knit and tapered trousers.
Cheering on their mother were the two eldest Hewsons - Eve and Jordan. Eve, an aspiring actress currently starring in The Nick, is no stranger to the New York fashion circuit.
Eve (23) recently attended the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund awards and has been dressed by the industry's leading designers for red carpet events over the last year.
Meanwhile Jordan (25) is pursuing a career in journalism, and was recently unveiled as the online editor of Global Citizen, an organisation which aims to eradicate poverty.
Also in attendance was Vogue’s Editor-in-Chief Anna Wintour, evidently happy that there were no temperamental toddlers in sight.
Ali's label Edun, which she founded nine years ago, is a highly respected brand that promotes an ethical and sustainable approach to fashion.
For A/W '15, creative director Danielle Sherman presented a collection awas with monochrome tribal patterns, linear shift dresses, fringed mini skirts and thigh high boots in leather and jewel-toned suede.
