Four looks we love from Arnotts’ new season collection
We've barely gotten over the few days of freak summer heat, but it's already time to start thinking about Autumn/Winter 2015. First up - our favourite looks from Arnotts.
The department store's new season fashion showcase is one of the most highly anticipated in the calendar, and as usual we were treated to an array of high quality and timeless garments.
The show was inspired by how the lines between the decades continue to blur as fashion constantly references bygone eras but in an innovative way. Outfits sported by models were a clever mash up of styles, silhouettes and fabrics from the 1960s, 1970s, 1980s but with a futuristic twist.
The Henry Street retailer continues to promote homegrown talent, now stocking Irish designers such as Orla Kiely, Natalie B Coleman, Caroline Matthews, Emma Manley and Umit Kutluck - and international labels such as SELECTED FEMME, Ralph Lauren and Gushlow & Cole.
The constantly evolving accessories department is making room for some new brands. Shoppers can expect to see bags, shoes, hats and accessories from the likes of Vivienne Westwood, Front Row Society Scarves, Borsalino, Mandarina Duck and Paul & Joe Sister in the coming weeks.
