Time to cull your wardrobes - as you're more than likely going to want to add some of River Island's new season collection in your closet.

Season after season, high street hero River Island delivers on-trend, wallet-friendly garments and accessories allowing Irish women to recreate the standout catwalk looks of the season without missing the mortgage payments.

For Autumn/Winter 2015, the fast fashion retailer presents a wide range of staple pieces and updates on some of their most popular items (fuzzy bags, anyone?)

The new season offerings are based around four collections, 'Glam Rock', 'Urbanist', '70s Luxe' and 'Francoise'.

Within the Glam Rock collection, think groupie style but with a notable dose of polish - fishnet tights, plunging sequin dress, sandals with pom poms and gold hardware accessories such as chain belts and diamante collars.

70s luxe allow us to continue our love affair with all things inspired by the era, but in cosier, warmer fabrics and deep hues of caramel, tan and dove grey. Also set to appear in store are over-the-knee fringed suede books, snakeskin flares and mock-croc satchels.

Woman whose preference is comfort with style will swoon at the 'Urbanist' collection, comprised of blanket scarves, crombie coats, chunky knits and skate shoes. Not forgetting the aforementioned fuzzy bags, which have become a somewhat tongue-in-cheek yet integral part of River Island's handbag collections in recent seasons.

And finally, inspired by our innately chic Parisian counterparts is the Francoise collection. Here, we see slouchy culottes, lady like blouses, sensible midi-heels and faux fur stoles.

All Autumn/Winter 2015 collection will begin landing in stores from this month.
