First Look: The key pieces from Dresses.ie Spring/Summer16 collection
Fashionistas rejoice, your summer wardrobe is about to get a lot more eclectic thanks to the launch of Dresses.ie affordable new collection.
Despite the name, the brand isn't just about dresses. In fact, since their recent relaunch, Dresses.ie have incorporated a wide range of high-fashion looks which were on display at the launch of their Spring/Summer 16 collection.
Top models Teodora Sutra, Thalia Heffernan, Raine Borges, Joanne Northy and Grace O'Mahony graced the runway sporting key looks from the collection including 70’s fringing and 50’s florals, pastels and leather, faux-fur with distressed denim, graphic prints and simple silhouettes.
Leading hair stylist Dylan Byrne of TONI&GUY gave the girls bombshell ponytails while make-up artist, Sue Doyle of Stila, worked the natural beauty trend with gorgeous, clear skin, nude lips and lashings of mascara to create an on-trend doe-eyed look.
Invoking the brand's #SweetSexyCool those, Dress.ie said they're encouraging Irish shoppers to "embrace every side of their personality" and adapt different trends to suit their look.
Stylist Brian Conway says of the S16 collection: “Dresses.ie have so much to offer this season, it’s not just dresses. There are some exceptional hero pieces and gorgeous separates in earthy tones to pastel leathers, tribal shirt dresses and marble prints.
"Some of my favourite pieces include the bottle green and black bombers for that perfect off duty model look that Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid are rocking. This collection is so varied but really keeps to the core principle of Dresses.ie, showcasing quality on-trend fashion for amazing value.”
Prices start at an affordable €35 and new trends hit the website each week to give savvy shoppers their fashion fix. Best of all, the company offers a free, next-day delivery service.
