Blake Lively enjoys rare night out with Ryan Reynolds: see each of her incredible seven looks in one day
Take a bow, Blake Lively.
In a move that Serena Van Der Woodsen would wholeheartedly endorse, the style icon enjoyed a whopping seven outfit changes in one day to promote her new film All I See Is You, an impressive feat even for one of the most influential celebrities in fashion.
For an early morning start in New York City on Monday, she brought some colour in a yellow Brandon Maxwell power suit in a throw back to the '70s, complete with bell sleeves and flared trousers; finishing off the look with jewellery from designer and close friend Lorraine Schwartz and Ofira.
For a quick change leaving the studio, she had changed into an Oscar de la Renta dress: a strapless black dress with white draping, yellow embroidery and carefully placed sequins. Don't miss the snakeskin heels by Christian Louboutin and navy and silver feathered earrings.
She later changed into a dogtooth jumpsuit by Chanel with a plunging neckline, collar detail and chain metal belt, accessorising with leopard print Louboutins and box bag from the French fashion house; wearing her hair in an Age of Adaline-style side part.
Next was an unusual one for Lively, whose personal style synonymous with femininity: a plaid suit! This surprising look showed she still has a few more tricks up her embroidered leeve! She finished off this plaid ensemble by Ralph Lauren Collection with an oversized leather bag by Michael Kors and lace up leather lace-up boots.
You know, being part of Blake Lively's glam squad must be one of the best jobs going - she's not afraid to take a risk, she likes to change it up A LOT, plus the fact that she's been working with the same people for the last 10 years. For this look, the hero piece is her burgundy Bottega Veneta leather trench casually thrown over her shoulders - not to mention the blue suede wrap dress and knee high Gucci boots. And a strut only being a movie star can bring.
For a special screening of her film, she was joined by her husband Ryan Reynolds, who looked equally polished in a three piece suit. Blake returned her hair to its natural state of waves with a sequin embellished tank top by Monse, a pair of button-up flared trouers and red silk tie shoes to match her oversized red coat and Chanel flap bag.
And finally! For her seventh, and final, look of the day, it was a glittering gown for the premiere of the flick and her date for the evening, shoe designer Christian Louboutin.
