ACTRESS Emma Stone is continuing to prove a rising star at the box office – and in red carpet fashion.

The 25-year-old actress was attending the Rome premiere of Spider-Man 2 movie, in which she plays Gwen Stacy.

She was at the screening with boyfriend and Spiderman Andrew Garfield – she plays his on screen love interest in the new movie.

She wore a sheer black pussybow blouse emblazoned with glittery bows.

Underneath she wore a simple black bra covered with a full-bodied maxi skirt with contrasting glitter pattern.

The rest of the cast made posed in a line and jokingly pulled her around.

Young couple Emma and Andrew are making the most of the trip as they were seen out and about on a white Vespa in the Italian capital over the weekend.

Emma has previously insisted that the wardrobe hits she has flaunted on the red carpet are nothing to do with her, and should be credited to her stylist Petra Flannery instead.

“I have a stylist [Petra Flannery], and she’s the voice of reason behind anything I’ve worn on the red carpet over the past few years,” Emma laughed to the UK edition of Glamour magazine last year.

“She knows that I won’t dress like a fairy princess, wear a lot of glitter or anything that makes me look like a Victorian doll. If I could wear those things and not look like Dakota Fanning when she was eight, maybe, but I just don't look good on them.”
