X Factor judges go Game Of Thrones
The X Factor judges have recorded their biggest budget advert ever, which sees them as Game Of Thrones style warriors.
Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, Simon Cowell, Mel B and Louis Walsh are shown leading their singing armies into battle with each other to get to the X Factor throne, according to The Sun.
The expensive promo was shot on the James Bond stage at Pinewood Studios and uses CGI to create the atmosphere of blood-thirsty series Game Of Thrones, which sees wars waged between rival families to take control of seven kingdoms.
Filming for the ad reportedly took a week, cost more than £1 million and cast hundreds of extras to play the parts of the singing armies, using green screen to provide atmospheric backdrops.
Mel B declares in the ad: "Things are about to get loud," while Simon commands: "It's time to get down to business."
Cheryl orders her army to charge into battle in the trailer, which was shot by One Direction's music video director Ben Winston.
Meanwhile, Louis and Cheryl's long-running spat was said to have continued when the Irish judge told newly-married Cheryl: "I don't know how to pronounce your new name."
Fans of The X Factor can see the new advert tonight on ITV, and the show returns later this month.
