Schiff is best known for his role as Toby Ziegler on the hit NBC series while Malina played Will Bailey.
The former shared a photo on Twitter of prints of Guinness at Kehoes pub off Grafton Street and another with Malina at Toners.

West Wing fans were thrilled to see the actors in town. One wrote, "2 west wing legends in 1 of my fav pubs and I missed it. hope you both enjoyed the Guinness" while another added, "To say I am gutted I can't be there to see you all this week is an understatement. Idols to me all of you, something I can never thank you enough for. All geniuses of your craft (except Josh.....only joking)".
Of course, there was also a deluge of recommendations for other top Dublin watering holes, including Doheny & Nesbitt's and Grogans, from Irish fans.

"I do fancy a visit there and would love to work there as well!!" he wrote.
The pleasure was mine. Winter or summer this course plays like a tornado in a trailer park. Wreaks havoc. But a pleasure still. Thanks for the hospitality. https://t.co/bNmyWy8vCz

Schiff, who is currently starring in ABC series The Good Doctor and has a recurring role on Ballers, also popped in to D2 eatery Brookwood for steaks.
During his trip to Ireland he also indulged in a little golf and he took to Twitter to thank Yvonne Connolly after a round at Portmarnock.
