Robbie Keane popped up on this week's episode of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and everybody loved it.

The former Republic of Ireland player gave Irish viewers a surprise when he appeared in one of the scenes at a party.

Keane (36) was attending the 40th birthday of Dorit Kemsley, the wife of businessman and former vice-chairman of Tottenham Hotspur Paul Kemsley when he made his cameo.

The Tallaght native got his own caption of "LA Galaxy Soccer Player" for his appearance, while guests praised him for scoring an "instrumental" goal that won them a match.

Fans of the show in Ireland were delighted to see Keane pop up in the reality show, with one viewer taking to Twitter to say, "Robbie Keane is on an episode of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills... my worlds are colliding."

"Robbie Keane on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is a sight I never thought I'd see," wrote another.

The father-of-two recently announced that he is leaving LA Galaxy, but his wife Claudine confirmed that they won't be moving back to Ireland for "a few more years."

“So many people are asking ‘are we moving back to Ireland?’. We will be home for Christmas but not for long, maybe in a few more years from now,” she wrote on social media.
