Vogue suffers serious wardrobe malfunction ahead of VIP style awards
She is in the running for the Most Stylish Woman gong at tonight's VIP Style Awards.
But Vogue Williams spent yesterday on the hunt for the perfect last-minute outfit to wear at the glitzy bash.
She may be seen as one of Ireland's leading fashionistas, but the Howth native was left with a serious wardrobe malfunction after her dress for the big night failed to arrive.
"I don't have my dress yet," Vogue told the Herald last night.
"It was coming from England but it hasn't arrived so I am worried about that."
Vogue who in the middle of filming for her new RTE documentary series, made a quick dash to the Powerscourt Townhouse centre yesterday in a bid to find a "standby" outfit.
However, Vogue, who splits her time between her native Dublin and London for work, was remaining calm.
"I am nominated for the most stylish award. There is always that bit of pressure, you want to turn up looking good. But I'm sure it will be alright on the night."
The London-based model and presenter is up against some stiff competition in the Most Stylish Woman category, including from Miriam O'Callaghan and Amy Huberman.
She will also be rubbing shoulders with ex husband Brian McFadden at the Marker Hotel - he is nominated for Most Stylish Man.
"I'm really excited to get a chance to relax tonight and catch up with people that I haven't seen in ages. I have been so busy lately, but the VIPs are always so much fun," Vogue said.
The slender blonde is planning on letting her hair down after a gruelling week of work.
She is currently filming for a new RTE documentary series which includes episodes on addiction and transgender people.
"Filming is going incredibly well, I think it will be the best documentary series I have ever done," she told the Herald.
"People have such incredible stories. I have been working 18-hour days for the last four days, but it is worth it."
The 30-year-old was back in the DJ box last night as she took to the decks for the Aussie Blog Awards at Leeson Street haunt House.
