Victoria Beckham breaks her silence on rumours of a rift in 16-year marriage to David
Victoria Beckham has broken her silence on reports her marriage of 16 years to David is in trouble.
The fashion designer has finally addressed reports their union is on the rocks after several weeks of headlines claiming so, due to their exhaustive work schedules around the world. But Posh Spice said she and her family have "nothing to prove."
"I am blessed to have a wonderful husband and beautiful, healthy, happy children. Yes, we travel a lot with our respective business and charitable commitments, but we always make time for each other as a couple and as a family," she told Grazia magazine.
"David and I have nothing to prove. We love each other, we look out for each other and are strong as partners and parents."
The couple have four children together Brooklyn (16), Romeo (13), Cruz (10) and Harper (four) and VB even said that her soccer star husband "inspires her" every day.
"My husband constantly inspires me and guides me, he has done so much good work," she added.
"I look up to him and have the utmost admiration for all that he has achieved."
With a net worth of an estimated €300m, the Beckhams said they are determined to keep their children as grounded as possible.
"David and I explain what privileged lives they lead. We tell them that in many places, children are hungry, homeless and sick," she added.
