First of all, we need to discuss that Gabrielle Union was 26 when she was in Bring It On.

At 26, she was playing 16-year-old cheerleader Isis n the teen classic about two warring cheerleading squads and looks literally exactly the same 16 years.

The eternally youthful actress, now 42, hit the red carpet at the BFI London Film Festival and clearly has access to some kind witchcraft that we need to get our hands on.

Union, who wed NBA player Dwyane Wade in 2015, and credits her oily skin to her ageless appearance.

"I mean, it's part genetics. And it's a blessing and a curse to have oily skin, but I'm starting to believe it's like embalming fluid that's sort of keeping me youthful looking," she told Elle earlier this year.

And she's clean living.

"I don't abuse my body. I drink a gallon of water a day. I use Neutrogena. A lot of it is really mind over matter and eliminating a lot of the BS and learning to say no. I swear to God. The second I learned how to say no, I felt that was the best anti-aging I could do for myself," she added.

Note to self: Learn to say no and you will never age,
