'That's my boy!' - Conor McGregor's mother Margaret rushes to the ring to celebrate son's featherweight victory
Behind every great man is an even better woman and in Conor McGregor's case - it's two.
Bursting with pride, his mother Margaret rushed to the ring to embrace her son immediately after his win at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas.
She flew to Sin City on Wednesday to support her son alongside other family members, to see his heroic victory in person and support him in the run up to last night's fight against Chad Mendes.
She was pictured proudly planting a kiss on his head as a bloodied and battered McGregor was named victorious.
The other woman in his life, his girlfriend of five years Dee Devlin, was grinning from ear to ear as she joined her other half.
The Walkinstown native left her full time job to support her other half on his journey to UFC superstardom and is now reaping the benefits after last night's sensational win.
"He's always been super confident, we always knew this was going to happen - it was nearly like we were predicting the future," she previously said of her boyfriend's determination.
"It's weird for me to say but we just always knew he was going to get to this level and every few months it just keeps going and going and going and the sky is the limit."
Conor has similarly gushing things to say about his girlfriend, recently praising her priceless support in recent weeks.
"She has helped me throughout this career," Conor praised his other half in recent weeks.
"If It wasn't for her, I probably wouldn't be where I am today.
"So definitely, I love to spoil her. She does not work anymore, I hired her to the business. She works for me now and collects the cheques."
Meanwhile, famous faces have come out in support of the star athlete, with U2 holding an Irish flag in honour of his fight while performing in Los Angeles on Friday night.
