So, that's how she does it! Super fit Kathryn Thomas goes for daily run...even in the snow
RTE star Kathryn Thomas has showed just how hard she works for her killer figure.
With countless marathons and even an Iron Man competition under her belt, it's little surprise that the Operation Transformation host (36) is as fit as it gets. But her toned physique doesn't come easy as Kathryn showed last night, sharing a picture of herself looking blissful after a run in the snow.
The Carlow presenter gave some insight into her fitness regime as she tweeted a photo with a caption reading: "Just finished a snowy run. Spent 10 minutes outside cooling down!"

Even her other half, restaurateur Padraig McLaughlin was getting in on the fitness action as she showed another picture of him trying to do crunches in their house with their dogs. "Padraig being assisted with his sit ups #4legpersonaltrainers," she joked.
Meanwhile, Kathryn's fashion force seems to be growing even more. As one of Ireland's most stylish women, her sartorial choices are often praised and her appearances on the current series of Operation Transformation is no different.
Last night, she opted for a mixture of high street and vintage with a River Island black tube skirt and on Wednesday night, she rocked a pricey Orla Kiely designed ensemble.
Kathryn’s knee length skirt and preppy jumper can be bought for €230 a piece in Arnotts department store or online.
This was not the first time Kathryn turned to Orla Kiely for help in the wardrobe department. Two weeks ago, she opted for a kitsch printed midi dress complete with a peter pan collar.
