Sarah Jessica Parker and her family have reportedly arrived in Donegal for their annual holiday.

She and husband of 18 years, actor Matthew Broderick have a home in Kilcar and are regular visitors to our shores.

And the first order of business was stocking up on healthy snacks for the family, including their children James Wilkie (12) and twins Tabitha and Marion (six).

The pair popped into Simple Simon's health food store in Donegal town, according to the Irish Daily Star.

Owner Finnbar Rock said they stocked up on artisan foods and said they are regular customers during their visits.

Their arrival comes just weeks after the Sex and the City star revealed they may move from New York to Donegal eventually, describing it as their "home".

"It always feels like it’s a place that is perhaps foolishly more private to us, and there’s a simplicity to the time that we spend there, and the people are so lovely. At this point it feels a little bit like home, in some way," she explained earlier this month.

"We would be delighted to decamp to Ireland. Move the children, put them in school there, have tea every day, a proper fry. It’s just an exquisite, beautiful, relaxing, wonderful place for ourselves and for our children."
