Rugby WAG Reunion: Peter Stringer's fiancee Debbie jets to jungle to support Nadia Forde
The Irish model is on route to the Aussie jungle as Nadia gets cosy with X Factor star Jake.
Former Munster and Ireland star Peter Stringer’s fiancée Debbie O’Leary is on route to the Australian jungle to support her friend Nadia Forde as she competes in TV3’s I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here.
The pals met when Nadia dated Leinster and Ireland rugby player Luke Fitzgerald and have remained firm friend ever since.
“Super excited to be flying to Oz tomorrow to support my gorgeous bestie,” Debbie tweeted with a photo of the pair.
Irish model Debbie, from Co. Cork, became engaged to her long-term boyfriend Peter Stringer last summer.
While Debbie shakes off the jet lag, in the jungle Nadia is getting closer to her recent arrival Jake Quickenden who was eliminated from X Factor just weeks ago.
Jake spent time in one of the hammocks with Nadia where they were flirting with each other. She later cooled down with a shower in what has become a jungle necessity... a bikini.
Jake also asked ex-footballer Jimmy Bullard who the nicest girl in the camp was.
“I think the nicest one is Nadia. I think she’s really sweet,” Jimmy said.
“I see Kendra as my little brother, she’s a crank; Mel [Sykes] is lovely, I’m probably closest to Mel out of all the girls,” he added. Jake seemed to be impressed by all his female camp mates. “It’s different for me because
Kendra’s personality is pretty mint; Nadia’s quite sweet and pretty, and Mel’s got a banging body. Edwina’s smoking and Vicki seems lovely.”
Meanwhile top model Georgia Salpa has blasted online trolls who have criticised Nadia.
Georgia (29) has hit out at the haters calling them “mean” and “cruel”.
“I’ve seen a lot of nasty comments online about Nadia’s weight and that no one knows who she is,” Georgia told The Star.
“Katie Hopkin’s article was also very mean. People can be so cruel. We're all rooting for you at home Nadia,” she added.
