Rosie Huntington-Whiteley isn't wasting any time getting back to her supermodel self.
The former Victoria's Secret Angel (30) welcomed her first child with fiancé Jason Statham in June and she has been enjoying her maternity leave in recent months, having only made one public appearance earlier this month.
On Monday, she shared a picture of herself lounging on her couch, displaying her toned stomach in a striped crop top in her LA home, minus any makeup.
The British model, who is mum to Jack Oscar, is famous for her discipline when it comes to maintaining her figure - foregoing sugar, alcohol, dairy and gluten in a bid to stay toned, previously describing her regime as "brutal".
"Recently, I decided to try a diet plan by a doctor called Dr. Nigma Talib, and she is actually a naturopath, and she believes that good skin and well being starts with the gut," she told InStyle last year. "And so she said to me, 'If you want to get on my plan, you have to cut out sugar, dairy, gluten, and alcohol.'
"And I'm not gonna lie, it's been brutal. It's been a really big challenge. It took a couple of weeks to kind of get into it."
Rosie, who is engaged to action star Jason Statham, said she had to reprogramme her approach to what constitutes a balanced meal in a bid to avoid the bloating that comes with "wine face" or, the less clear "gluten face".
"I grew up on a farm so it has always been about meat and two veg. Now, I am building much more awareness of a healthy balance," she explained. "It's certainly not something that would be realistic to keep up all year round, but it's made me much more mindful of my choices."
