We could all use some 'Vitamin Sea' right now.
While most of us are adjusting to our first five-day week in what feels like an eternity, Irish model Rosanna Davison is in Mauritius for her annual sun-soaked getaway.
The former Miss World (31) is in the middle of a luxurious three week trip to the Indian Ocean island with her husband Wesley Quirke and parents Chris de Burgh and Diane Davison.
After Christmas every year, the family jet to their favourite spot with an influx of envy-inducing selfies and this year is no different.
Rosanna, a successful author and nutritional therapist, has been busy showing off the results of her hard-earned figure in a string of bikinis.
And just because she is on holidays, she won't be taking a break from her exercise regime as she famously works out five times a week to maintain her toned physique.
You might be on your fourth diet of the New Year in a bed to shed the festive pounds, but Rosanna says knowing she'll be in a bikini straight after Christmas keeps her on her toes during the festive season.
"My health habits actually tend to improve during November and December as I go to Mauritius on holiday with my family and husband for New Year's Eve and for half of January," she previously said.
The loved-up couple, who wed in 2014, are residing at the exclusive One&Only Le Saint Géran resort, where rooms start at €675 per night during one of their busiest seasons in December and January.
As one of Ireland's most successful models and a Miss World title under her belt, Rosanna Davison knows a thing or two about looking good. But with a qualification in nutritional therapy, the 30-year-old knows there's more to life than what's on the outside.
