Prince Harry 'considering engagement' to 'girlfriend' Meghan Markle as he introduces her to Prince Charles
It looks like things are getting serious between Prince Harry and actress Meghan Markle.
The 32-year-old royal and the American star of Suits have reportedly been dating for six months, but news of their romance became public at the weekend.
During that time when only a select few knew of their burgeoning romance, the couple had the time to get to quietly know each other and their families - Markle is said to have already met Kate Middleton, Prince William and Prince Charles, according to multiple reports.
And the former playboy prince, who has been single since splitting with ex Cressida Bonas in 2014, is said to have "fallen hard" for the tv star, who he met at an event for his Invictus Games earlier this year.
"It wouldn't surprise me if he's already thinking about engagement just because that's where his head goes but that's not where the relationship is at right now," a source told E! News.
"This is totally Harry. The problem with Harry is when he falls, he falls hard. He goes in big time."
Similarly, People magazine reports an engagement is "certainly a possibility".
"It is certainly one possible outcome. It’s pretty serious, so we will see," the insider said.
Harry is pretty serious about her and she is pretty serious about him. It’s great. They have a lot in common and I’m sure they will get on very well."
Neither party has commented on the reports and it looks like we won't get a definitive answer for some time as they're keen to keep their romance as low-key as possible.
Harry even cancelled a planned trip to Toronto, where Meghan films Suits, the day the news broke in order to avoid paparazzi.
