Pitt: My kids make me feel rich
Brad Pitt has told how his children make him feel like "the richest man alive".
The 50-year-old is a Hollywood superstar with a multi-million dollar fortune but insisted nothing is as important to him as his six children with wife Angelina Jolie - Maddox, 13, Pax, 10, Zahara, nine, Shiloh, eight, and six-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.
He told Psychologies magazine: "You learn to value the basic beauty of family, of watching your children grow and evolve. It's the most beautiful thing you can experience."
"I feel like the richest man alive since I've become a father," added the star.
Brad said he is always thinking about his brood.
"I worry about them all the time," he said. "That's the emotional bond and responsibility that sweeps over you when you have a family to look after."
The star, who appears on the cover of the magazine's November issue, revealed that becoming a father had also made him a better person.
"You see past yourself and become more generous and giving, and wanting only the best for your family," said the Fury actor.
Brad was also full of praise for Angelina, who he married in a private ceremony in France in August.
"Angelina is just amazing. I'll be tired and lie down on the sofa and then she'll keep going until late at night. And that makes me feel like, 'Why am I taking it easy?' so I'll go help out and play with the boys and get them to bed," he said.
"You realise that you always have the energy inside you, and as a parent you need to have a lot of willpower."
He said of his family: "I care about them more than I care about myself, which I think is the real definition of love."
