Pippa Middleton rekindles romance with ex-boyfriend, hedge fund manager James Matthews
Pippa Middleton has reportedly rekindled her romance with ex-boyfriend James Matthews.
The Duchess of Cambridge's younger sister split with long-term love Nico Jackson, who lives in Geneva, in October after three years of dating, blaming the long-distance as causing too much strain on their relationship. At the time, insiders said: "It seems Pippa just wasn't ready to settle down and wasn't sure if Nico was the right man to marry."
Pippa (32) and James (40), whom she previously dated in 2012, are said to have to begun seeing each other again in November, according to the Daily Mail.
James, a hedge fund manager, is no stranger to having a celebrity sibling as his younger brother is Made in Chelsea star Spencer Matthews.
The pair have stayed closed friends since their split and were pictured together in St Barts in August, but their friendship only turned to romance late last year. And they returned to their old stomping ground in the Caribbean earlier this month with Pippa's younger brother James for a new year holiday.
The Matthews family own the exclusive Eden Rock Hotel & Villa resort on the island, frequented by wealthy jet-setters.
It's reported that the financier has submitted plans to extend his five storey property in London, prompting speculation he's planning for a family.
