Pippa Middleton adds another string to her CV - aspiring nutritionist
Pippa Middleton is eyeing up yet another new career in nutrition.
Kate Middleton's younger sister is already a columnist with Waitrose, contributor editor with Vanity Fair and party planner extraordinaire and now she's hoping to add yet another string to her bow.
The 31-year-old is famously fit and is often pictured running marathons or going for jogs near her home and she's keen to translate her personal passion into professional success.
It's reported that the world's most famous bridesmaid is already working on tailoring a slew of balanced recipes for her new niece, Princess Charlotte, according to the Daily Mail, and is already halfway through a nutrition course specialising in organic diets.
Much like her sister, Kate is also a health nut, crediting green smoothies to her slim physique and it looks like they're in it together.
"Under the tutelage of Pippa, Kate has become a health freak," a source told the publication. "They both have expensive blenders and make themselves green smoothies every morning. The Middletons are a very healthy family and they hate to outsource help or advice, so Pippa thought: Why not become a nutritionist?’
"Kate and Pippa both agree that even the organic brands of baby foods aren’t healthy enough. It is so easy to blend up at home."
Pippa is currently several months into a course hosted by the New York-based Institute for Integrative Nutrition, with the goal of landing a nutrition column in a glossy magazine as as well as hoping to land a book deal.
