'Kylie has already lost an insane amount of weight' - Kylie Jenner ‘sheds baby weight with sister Kim Kardashian’s help’

Kim Kardashian has used her expertise at shedding baby weight to reportedly help her half-sister Kylie Jenner melt away 25lbs in under two weeks.

According to editors at Heat magazine, Kim, 37, has been very hands on with Kylie throughout her pregnancy, even though she was expecting her own child, the reality star’s third, via surrogate.

“After using a surrogate this time round, Kim has been living vicariously through Kylie and her pregnancy,” an insider told the magazine. “She’s been helping Kylie every step of the way and giving her loads of advice, and has been waiting to whip her into shape the moment she had the baby.”

The 20-year-old make-up mogul gave birth to daughter Stormi, her daughter with rapper Travis Scott, at the beginning of February. And she’s made her return to Instagram after keeping a low profile throughout the not-so-secret pregnancy.

“Kylie has already lost an insane amount of weight, after gaining around 35lbs during pregnancy,” the source added. “And it’s all down to Kim’s advice to get straight back to training, as well as sticking to 1,500 calories a day with absolutely no carbs or sugary treats.”

Kim advised Kylie to take immediate action when it comes to shedding the baby weight, by getting straight back to training and eating healthily, after a self-professed addiction to popular fast food chain In-N-Out Burger during her pregnancy.

She’s now swapped the chain’s delicious burgers for high protein meat or fish with salad.

Meanwhile, the new mum is sensibly working out with a personal trainer “and will be ramping up her training as soon as her doctor gives her the OK”.

While she has all the help a new mum could possibly need to hand, the millionaire reality star is said to be finding her new diet and exercise regime a bit “miserable”.

But expert weight shedder Kim has told Kylie that she’ll regret it later if she doesn’t do the hard work now.

“She knows she only has a bit to go so doesn’t want to give up, but it’s very hard,” the source shared.
