Kris Jenner rushed to hospital for mysterious medical condition after reports son Rob checked into rehab
Kris Jenner has been rushed to hospital for an undisclosed medical condition.
The self-titled “momager” of reality stars Kim, Kourtney and Khloé Kardashian was seen entering a facility on Wednesday alongside estranged husband Bruce Jenner, 64. The 58-year-old announced her separation from the Olympian at the end of last year but it seems she still wanted him close in her hour of need.
“We've learned Kris just went to a hospital in Thousand Oaks - near her home -for X-rays and possible tests for an undisclosed medical problem,” TMZ reported.
While it is not known what is wrong with Kris, the stress of recent events in her family could have played a part. As well as preparing for her daughter Kim’s extravagant May wedding to Kanye West, Kris has also been trying to support her son Rob, who is battling a weight problem and alleged low moods.
It had been claimed earlier today that the 27-year-old had entered a rehabilitation facility to deal with ‘depression and substance abuse’. However it has now been confirmed by a rep for the sock designer that this is not the case.
“Rob is not in rehab,” the representative told E! News.
Several outlets had suggested that he was being treated at The Meadows trauma and addiction treatment centre in Arizona. But a source added that Rob was with his trainer Gunnar Peterson in Los Angeles when the news broke.
Concerns had been raised recently after Rob didn’t join his family on their trip to Thailand. He also posted a worrying tweet at the start of April.
“No one will ever understand how much it hurts," he wrote, before quickly deleting it.
However he seemed to have lifted his spirits when his siblings returned from their vacation, tweeting “Mi Familia is home! Yeee!!”
