Kourtney Kardashian continues age-defying makeover in skintight mini-dress
There's a strong possibility the term 'better after break-up' was invented just for Kourtney Kardashian.
After 10 years with Scott Disick, the mother-of-three is living her best life and that includes an intense fitness regime that leaves her looking like she has access to the fountain of youth. While her sisters faces and figures may change by the month, 38-year-old Kourtney swears by a clean living, all organic diet, daily workouts and looks virtually the same as when she first burst onto the scene in 2005.
And the reality tv star showed us all how it's done in a strapless sequin bodycon dress to celebrate the launch of her debut clothing collection PrettyLittleThing by Kourtney Kardashian in Los Angeles. The collaboration sticks to PLT's signature party-girl aesthetic of short dresses and plunging necklines with her daring fashion choices like an oversized satin wide leg fuschia jumpsuit and a pair of diamante heeled ankle boots.
Kourtney hasn't been shy about sharing the secrets to her ageless appearance, saying she abides by a low-sugar, low-alcohol diet.
"When I eat sugar, I find that more cellulite appears," she previously said. "When I do drink, I go for either tequila on the rocks, beer or wine. If you’re cutting down on sugar, it’s good to know that rosé wine usually has less sugar than red or white."
But if you want her dewy skin and killer figure, be prepared to work for it and substituting your favourites with healthier alternatives, like ghee, a form of clarified butter which she hails as just as effective as coconut oil, but it just hasn't reached the same cult status yet.
"I have been eating it for years because my grandmother made it, not even knowing what it was. Now I drink it every morning; I have one teaspoon. You melt it and you drink it first thing in the morning, and then you can’t eat or drink anything for twenty minutes after. It has to be the first thing in your stomach," she explained.
