Kimye plan civil wedding ceremony
E! News reported that the couple will have a civil ceremony in the US before they fly to Europe for a lavish bash.
"They will have a civil ceremony to acquire their marriage licence here," a source told E! News.
The news comes following reports that the stars' wedding plans had been put on hold because French law requires one of them to live in the country for 40 days before they tie the knot in the country.
A Kardashian source denied the rumours, claiming that the reports are "completely false".
But according to E! News, the couple will have obtained a marriage licence and have held a civil ceremony in the US meaning that the residency won't be an issue.
Earlier this month, the couple were seen viewing Chateau Louis XIV, a castle just west of the French capital.
