Kim Kardashian under fire for posting 'inappropriate' topless photo taken by daughter North
Kim Kardashian is courting controversy again after posting a topless photo of herself taken by her four-year-old daughter.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star's latest saucy snap features Kim looking into a mirror with her bra unstrapped, and she reveals it was taken by North West, who can be seen snapping away in the background as her mum covers her breasts with her arms.
The picture, simply captioned "(Photo) by North", sparked a storm of protest on social media as many followers hated the idea that a four-year-old took the photo.
"I wonder how many people would get social services called on them if this was anyone else but Kim K (sic)??. This is subpar parenting," one follower writes on Twitter.
"This isn't a moment to be proud of," another adds. "You should be teaching her about self respect and how beauty lies within. Not that showing the world your breasts is the best way to get attention."
Kim has often had to defend herself against backlash from the provocative photos she posts online, but she has yet to comment on the new controversy.
She previously revealed she was confused about the criticism she received after she posted a picture of herself completely nude with just two black censor strips protecting her modesty, months after giving birth to her second child, son Saint, in December, 2015.
"I truly was baffled that people still cared. They have seen me naked 500 times!" the one-time sex tape star explained to the Recode Decode podcast's Kara Swisher in 2016. "Some people were outraged because I am a mum, some people were so supportive... I just think it looks good, I am really not trying to cause a reaction."
