Khloe Kardashian 'expecting first child' with Tristan Thompson
Good things come in threes.
Khloe Kardashian is reportedly pregnant with her first child with boyfriend of one year Tristan Thompson, according to multiple US reports.
The 31-year-old reality star is said to be three months along and has been dating the NBA player for one year. The news comes just days after it was revealed her 20-year-old sister Kylie Jenner is expecting her first child with rapper Travis Scott. Their sister Kim is also expecting her third child with husband Kanye West, reportedly via surrogate.
Khloe's desire to have a child has been well documented on Keeping Up With The Kardashians and she experienced fertility issues with ex-husband Lamar Odom. "I'm in the best relationship I've ever been in and it doesn't take a ring for me to feel that way," she recently told E! News of her relationship with Thompson.
In the last season finale of hit reality show Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Khloe talked about starting a family with Tristan and admitted she had stopped using birth control.
"He wants to have, like, five or six kids with me, and that’s lovely," Khloe said. "We could start at one and then grow from there. But now, knowing I’m not on birth control, it’s really scary. It’s like a really big step."
Khloe recently shot down engagement rumours, telling You magazine, "I'm in the best relationship I've ever been in and it doesn't take a ring for me to feel that way.
"My boyfriend is very protective of me," she continued. "Feeling loved and validated and secure is a huge thing. Tristan is protective of my entire family, which is beautiful. And I love that everything we do is as a union. When he speaks, it's 'us' and 'we', and that's important because it shows that you're sharing life."
