Keith Duffy's expansive five bedroom home and surrounding land could be yours for €1.3 million

Keith Duffy and his wife Lisa are selling their family home in North County Dublin as they prepare to move into a new abode.

The former Boyzone star (40) has lived in number 7 Roganstown since 2004.

At that time, the singer purchased the property and its surrounding two-thirds of an acre for approximately €1 million (he later bought an additional one-third of an acre.)

After a decade of memories, their beloved family home is now on the market with Sherry Fitzgerald Blanc with the asking price of €1.3 million.

The home, one of twenty large detached homes built in the cul-de-sac development, is secluded  thanks to electric gates.

Among its features are four spacious double bedrooms, as well as a box bedroom, a small steam room, dining room, kitchen and sun room.

Keith and his son Jay's pride and joy is the converted garage, which houses a bar, a pool table, and sentimental music and sports memorabilia.

Keith and Lisa are now moving with aspiring actor Jay (18) and Mia (14) to nearby Ballyboughal.

Alongside developer Martin Hannon, Keith is embarking on his first property investment venture.
