Stephanie Davis arrived at Dublin airport with Jeremy McConnell to support him ahead of his father's funeral.
The Hollyoaks actress joined McConnell at Dublin airport on Tuesday morning, following the death of his father on Friday after a short battle with cancer.
"Jeremy is absolutely heartbroken by the death of his dad," a source told The Sun.
"After suffering so much tragedy and sadness in his lift at such a young age, it’s made him more determined than ever to have a strong family unit with Stephanie and Caben.
"The last year he didn’t behave his best to Steph, but he’s now seen the error of his ways and wants to provide a stable and loving home for his boy."
After months of speculation, it was confirmed in February that the Dubliner is the father of Davis' two-month-old son, Caben-Albi, who is not with them on the trip.
"The fact that Steph jetted to be with him has meant so much to him, he needs her now more than ever," said the source.
The former Mr Ireland contestant and Davis met in the Celebrity Big Brother house in January last year.
