Jennifer Lawrence avoids ANOTHER red carpet fall at X-Men premiere

Jennifer Lawrence's tendency to trip on the red carpet is beginning to look suspicious.

The Oscar winner famously fell on stage while walking to accept her Best Actress award in 2013, and also tumbled head first on the red carpet - even holding on to a friend to avoid landing on her face - while on the red carpet for this year's Academy Awards.

And Jennifer is back at it again as she nearly fell dramatically once again at the X-Men premiere New York last night.

Hollywood's golden girl wore a blue crush velvet Jason Wu dress as she posed for photographers in the Big Apple last night.

And while she may be in a long-term relationship with co-star Nicholas Hoult, the high profile pair avoided walking the red carpet together in order to ensure all attention was on the movie rather than their relationship.

Lawrence is currently promoting the latest prequel in the X-Men franchise, while post production work continues on her other franchise The Hunger Games Mockingjay.

This is the second time poor young Jennifer has some a cropper in Dior

The 23-year-old actress and her British actor boyfriend met on the set of X-Men: First Class, and star together in the sequel X-Men: Days Of Future Past. But Jennifer told Marie Claire magazine they are happy to keep their own space in their relationship.

Jennifer said: "When we're busy, we agree to mutually ignore each other. Not completely, but neither of us gets mad when the other doesn't text back or call.

"Life's super-busy. Obviously you know what they're doing, and you trust them. We're so young that it would almost be like if we lived in the same city, what would happen? We'd be living together.

"At least this way he's in the same boat as I am: We can go out and have our own lives and know that we have each other."
