Jennifer Hudson has revealed exact tactic she uses to maintaining her 80 pound weight loss and it's as simple as it sounds.
The Oscar-winning singer (35) lost the weight in 2010 and teamed up with Weight Watchers after before parting ways with the company in 2014.
During an appearance on Lorraine to promote The Voice UK, she said is "very careful" about her diet and rarely exercises.
"Well, I don’t really have time to do much [exercise]. I just watch what I eat. I’m very careful and cautious of what I’m eating and I just try to place those meals throughout the day," she told the host.
"If it’s early in the morning, OK, I would still be asleep, so I’m not gonna eat right now. I’m very conscious of what I put in my body."
In 2012, she said she was happy with her figure the way it is because she likes "meat on my bones" and had no desire to shrink to a size zero.
"I'm at the weight I want to be. But I hear all the time, 'Don't lose any more weight, you need to stop.' People are under the impression that I'm still losing but I'm not."
