Jack Reynor shows director Michael Bay how to party in Dublin
Rising Hollywood star Jack Reynor enjoyed a boys' night out over the weekend - with his Transformers director Michael Bay.
While his fiancee Madeline Mulqueen spent some quality time with family and friends in her native Limerick, actor Jack was busy showing movie-maker Michael how to party Irish style.
The pair decided to head out and unwind over a few drinks and stopped by Dublin nightclub Bucks Townhouse on Saturday night.
IFTA winning Jack (22) and his famous friend were given the VIP treatment at the trendy hotspot and happily chatted to fellow revellers.
"They mainly stayed in the VIP section and no one bothered them at all," a source told the Herald.
"They did take some pictures with fans who asked, but mostly they were left to have a good time in peace. They did stay the whole night though, even until after closing."
Illusionist Keith Barry, model Karena Graham and actor Eoin Macken were also at the venue.
Following production on the blockbuster action flick last year, Jack and Michael spent weeks on an international press tour together to publicise the film Transformers: Age of Extinction.
Although the cast have now finished up promotional duties, these two happily stayed in touch.
Since shooting Transformers with Mark Wahlberg in the US, Wicklow native Jack has worked on Girls Night Out with Juno Temple and an adaptation of Shakespeare's Macbeth with Michael Fassbender.
In September, he is set to join the cast of big budget movie The Secret Scripture, a silver screen version of Sebastian Barry's best-selling book.
Michael Bay has directed a number of high-budget action flicks including Armageddon and Pearl Harbour.
