For World IBD Day, which took place internationally yesterday, the Prime Time presenter joined the parents advocacy group to raise awareness about the debilitating side effects of Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis.
The big-hearted tv presenter was a good sport as she tried her hand at hoola hooping outside Leinster House with some young sufferers of the diseases.
Gutsykids representatives turned up in their numbers in purple to raise awareness about IBD and lobby the government for more support for their children and their respective conditions.
Later in the day, The Convention Centre and The Mansion House in Dublin City were lit up in purple to spread the message.
