Newly single singer Susan McFadden was spotted out and about in Dublin with a female pal.

Earlier this week, the newly single singer revealed to The Herald that she is no longer engaged to English actor Adam Booth.

The pair were supposed to tie the knot last summer at the exclusive Lough Rynn castle, but the nuptials never went ahead.

Both stars have said little on the matter, but Susan confirmed she was single when asked this week.

The sister of Westlife member Brian McFadden stated that touring the world with her band Celtic Women is more managable now.

"It's definitely easier when you haven't got someone to leave behind, though it's still hard to leave your friends and family," she said.

Susan and her Celtic Woman bandmates will embark on their global tour, starting with a gig in London’s Theatre Royal this Sunday.

In the coming weeks, the five-piece band will jet to America for a series of concerts before returning home for a quick Christmas break.

The ‘10th Anniversary Celebration World Tour’ will see the girls travelling across Europe and America for the first half of 2015.
