Anna Daly might be one of the most recognisable faces on TV3, but she says vanity is the furthest thing from her mind.
The Ireland AM presenter (35) is on our screens every morning, but said that she focuses on the content, rather than her appearance.
And contrary to others in her field who have indulged in some help from botox injections, the mother-of-two said she never has any intention to go under the knife.
"Oh god no! I'm not nearly vain enough for that lark," she said.
"I faint at the drop of a hat when it comes to needles and blood. People say 'never say never' but I know I will never put a needle into my skin to make me look better. I am not vain enough and in 20 or 30 years time, when I am very bothered about wrinkles, I'm sure there will be some fantastic lotion of potion you can buy that will sort us all out," she told RSVP Magazine.
Daly is famously down-to-earth when it comes to her appearance, even undergoing a photoshop challenge for the show last summer and embraced the natural look, saying she preferred her 'before' picture.
"You would not want to be over-sensitive if you're getting Photoshopped," she joked.
